This won’t take long to prepare, inside all you do is pop in your oven and coat them with honey and vinegar just as they are about done.

➛2 large sweet potatoes (4 cups)
➛¹/₄ cup honey
➛1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
➛2 tablespoons olive oil
➛1 teaspoon cinnamon
➛Salt & pepper


Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into bite size cubes. In a Bowl add in the potatoes, olive oil and season well with cinnamon, salt, and pepper.

Roast this in a preheated oven at 200℃ for 15 minutes until they are just about done. Take them out and in a mixing bowl, mix the potatoes honey and balsamic vinegar.

Toss to evenly coat and back into the oven they go for 10 minutes until caramelized and crisp. Take them out and serve with a dip of choice.
